- We never mention that we worked together unless you do first
The trust you place in us when sharing your plans, preferences, and personal details is not a marketing asset. We have never treated it as one. We never will.
Third parties
In the course of building and managing your journey, we share information with trusted third parties only to the extent necessary to deliver the service. This includes hotels, airlines, ground operators, and guide services.
We share only what is required — typically name, contact details, and travel dates. We do not share the full details of your discovery conversation or personal preferences beyond what is operationally necessary.
Our website is hosted on Cloudflare. Enquiries submitted through our contact form are processed via ZeptoMail. Both services are bound by their own privacy policies and applicable data protection law.
Your rights
You have the right to request access to the personal information we hold about you, to correct any inaccuracies, and to ask us to delete your information. You may also ask us to stop using your information for any purpose.
